Paul is an experienced and successful Sales and Marketing Professional with a wide breadth of experience across many geographies and several industry spaces. He specialises in coaching and developing commercial competencies, with a particular focus on advanced selling  and negotiation skills.

Whatever business or industry channel you are in your business has to convince customers and consumers alike to purchase your goods and services. You have to understand their needs and the language that they speak. If you sell effectively, your negotiations become easier.

Negotiation is an art form not a science and is all about the way people behave and react to others' behaviours. It is a very difficult game if you don't know the rules.

Paul began his career in the UK drinks industry and has worked extensively and widely in the FMCG industry across the globe. He has also worked in the advertising industry and the professional services industry in leadership sales and marketing roles.

He has had many successes in building, developing and managing sales and marketing teams, creating and developing consumer and corporate brands, refining and managing business development processes as well as start-up and merger and acquisition project successes.

Speaking five languages and having worked extensively in developed and emerging markets he also has a wealth of business cultural experience.
